Training the Cooks

The cooks will receive training in:

- Finance/bookkeeping
- Food Storage
- Food Purchase
- Communication
- Recording and Documentation
- Food Establishment Management

Eventually, selected cooks will be trained to manage the food establishment (restaurant, school cafeteria, hotel kitchen, etc.) and to supervising the staff.

With time, branches of Kidist Foods restaurants/food carts/ food kiosks will be opened in various parts of Addis Ababa.
