The Kidist Foods Cookbook will capture the recipes and traditions of some of the main foods in Ethiopia. There will be a brief historical introduction, as well as cultural elements to food in Ethiopia. The food categories will have their own introductions including historical and cultural backgrounds.
The book, along with other fundraising elements such as an apron with the Kidist Foods logo, will be available for sale towards fundraising activities.
The Kidist Foods recipes will be made with the collaboration of community women.
