The workshop took place in the International Church Center of the United Nations Hardin Room.
It was at this workshop that Kidist presented her initial ideas for Kidist Foods:
To provide employment to the Addis Ababa urban women with meaningful work, related to their own experiences as cooks for their homes, families and relatives.
